The PWSPA exists to unify our community and foster the evolution and sustainability of professional softball. Our mission is dedicated to improving the experiences of professional softball players by expanding opportunity and fighting for fair and long-lasting working conditions. We pay tribute to those who came before us and we carry this torch with pride so the fire may burn brighter for future generations.
VISION STATEMENT
The PWSPA believes in equity, unity, and evolution. We envision a future where post-amateurism in professional softball is a legitimate career opportunity. Our vision is a league that recognizes us as professional athletes, offering abundant opportunities, a livable wage, and top-notch conditions for longevity and peak performance. We aim to elevate the status of professional softball, creating a thriving and sustainable path for women in the sport.

The Professional Women's Softball Players Association (PWSPA) Membership Form represents a bold step forward in advocating for the rights and well-being of professional softball players in the United States. Born out of a recognition of the undeniable growth and investment in women's sports, the form will contribute to outlining a comprehensive list of demands aimed at ensuring that professional softball players receive the support, respect, and compensation they deserve.
At its core, the form would be calling for essential provisions such as livable wages, minimum salaries, comprehensive healthcare coverage, childcare assistance, and more. These demands reflect a commitment to fostering a sustainable and equitable environment for athletes pursuing careers in professional softball.
